At Posie's Permanent Jewelry, we regret to inform you that we do not provide returns. Due to the scale and structure of our business, offering returns in the manner of larger retailers is not feasible.
Please take note of the following exchange policies:
- Exchanges are applicable for items in stock and made-to-order designs with diamonds under .25CT within one month of purchase.
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value or applied towards the purchase of higher-priced or custom works. A shipping fee will be incurred for the new item(s).
- Rings or other jewelry featuring diamonds over .25CT are considered custom as they are sourced specifically for each purchase. Therefore, such rings are not eligible for exchange.
- Rings are sized at the time of purchase and may be exchanged within one month of purchase. However, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover sizing-related costs.
- Personalized rings, including in-stock or made-to-order designs with engraving or other custom modifications, may be exchanged but could incur a restocking fee of 20-50%, depending on the extent of personalization. If significant modifications are made, the ring may be classified as 'custom' and will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are strictly not allowed for custom projects or projects involving diamonds over .25CT. Please refer to the specifics below for more information.
- Items for exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of the initial email indicating the desire to exchange or address a problem. Posie's Permanent Jewelry is not responsible for any expenses or errors in shipping associated with an exchange. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure adequate shipping insurance when returning the item(s) for exchange or repair.
- All items for exchange must be received in their original, unworn condition without any exceptions. Worn designs cannot be resold as new and are therefore ineligible for exchange. Exchanges will only be processed once the returned items are received and verified to be in new, unworn condition.
- Posie's Permanent Jewelry does not engage in "buy back" programs for jewelry, stones, precious materials, or engagement rings. However, we can incorporate your materials into future projects.
